To become a “Contramaestre” (Boatswain), one must follow the following process:
- Looter must have at least 50 EXP DZ points.
- Candidacy: The captains will choose the candidates for the position.
- Members’ Vote: The members of the organization will vote for the member they want anonymously. In case of a tie, the leaderboard points will decide the winner.
Becoming a Boatswain requires a combination of the trust and support of the looters, relevant experience within the organization, and the endorsement of the Captains. It is a position of great responsibility and authority within the ranks of the organization.
